What is a WeatherMaster? First, we need to figure out what a safety stanchion is and what is different about them than regular belt barriers. Retracing belt barriers or safety stanchions are the most efficient form of safety barrier available. What separates the safety stanchion from other forms of barrier is the fact that the belt retracts into the post so that when not in use the stanchion up very little space compared to a rigid barrier. Not only does a stanchion take less storage space, the length of barrier each stanchion provides is much greater than rigid steel or plastic barricades. WeatherMaster 250: Customizability and Adaptability

The WeatherMaster 250 model has 11’ and 13’ belt length options designed for smaller barriers or cordons. The 250 is available with the full WeatherMaster range of 50 belt colors and pre-printed safety messages. We also offer in-house printing capabilities if none of our stock options meet your needs. You can specify the safety message, symbol, logo or other branding you require to meet your specific needs.

Single belt barriers provide a guide to pedestrians but to deter people from ducking under the belt customers can opt for our twin or triple belt options. The twin belt deters people from ducking under the belt, and the triple makes this impossible. A triple belt safety stanchion is as effective at restricting access as a rigid steel or plastic barricade but is cheaper and easier to set up and store.

WeatherMaster 300: Efficiency and Reduced Barrier Count

The WeatherMaster 300 features an impressive 16’ belt. This model only requires half the number of barriers to reach the same length compared to the industry standard of 7.5’ belts. WeatherMaster 335: Efficient Long Run Barriers

For situations requiring very long-run barriers, the WeatherMaster 335 offers a practical solution. With belt lengths extending up to 35’, this model is designed for efficient cost-effective setup of very large barriers or cordons. The very long belt of the 335 model means very few stanchions are needed. To cover a length of 100ft requires 14 stanchions with the industry standard 7.5 but only 4 WeatherMaster 335s. The small number of 335 stanchions needed combined with their lightweight and easy portability makes setting up long run barriers easy.
