Stanchion Cart Options:

Horizontal carts can accommodate more stanchions, but they require the stanchions to be lifted above your head to load the top racks. Horizontal 12 Post Cart

This stanchion cart is designed to hold up to 12 stanchions. Its horizontal orientation of the stanchions and smaller size make it perfect for small businesses or event spaces that require a limited number of stanchions for crowd control. The cart is compact and lightweight, making it easy to move around. Like all carts there are models available to accommodate different diameter stanchions and different stanchion types such as retractable belt stanchions and rope stanchions.

Horizontal 18 Post Cart

This stanchion cart is designed to hold up to 18 stanchions. It is ideal for medium-sized businesses or event spaces that require a moderate number of stanchions for crowd control. This cart takes the same floor area as the 12 post cart but is taller and is still lightweight and easy to move around. Like all carts this model features locking wheels to keep the cart steady during loading and unloading.

Horizontal 21 Post Cart

This stanchion cart features an additional row of storage racks which increases capacity to 21 stanchions. It is perfect for large businesses or event spaces that require a substantial number of stanchions for crowd control. A floor tray is a feature on most horizontal carts which useful for carrying accessory items such as signage or stanchion ropes.

Horizontal 24 Post Cart

This cart has the largest capacity at 24 stanchions. This model does not have the floor tray that other horizontal carts have but includes all the other features like padded racks and locking wheels and models are available that can accommodate multiple stanchion sizes and types.

Vertical 18 Post Cart

This cart stores the stanchions standing vertically. This model has a larger footprint than the horizontal versions requiring more storage space it has the advantage of being narrower so it can fit through standard doorways. Loading this cart is also easier as the storage racks are only 12” off the ground. The vertical orientation also allows this one model to take any diameter of stanchion including both retractable belt and rope stanchions.

WeatherMaster 12 Post Cart

The WeatherMaster stanchion cart is specifically designed to hold and transport our range of WeatherMaster stanchions. The large diameter rubber base on the WeatherMaster stanchion prevents its use with standard storage carts. This cart has a vertical storage orientation but with the addition of a unique hanging rack which gives the cart a 12 stanchion capacity.
